RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the Angel BabyBox, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, please contact us at info@angel-babybox.com. We’ll instruct you on how to proceed with the return. It would help us tremendously if you would include the reason for the return in your email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is not in a resalable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer.

If refunds are approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 weeks.

If you haven’t received a refund yet: please check your bank account first, if the refund is not reflected on your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Later please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@angel-babybox.com.

We will either organize the return or refund the shipping costs for returning your item depending on your country. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
